I had this on a recent trip to Big Bend and it was legitimately the BEST meal I had during the entire trip, including restaurant meals. My friends couldn't believe it was a rehydrated meal. And I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of protein squeezed into this vegetarian dish. Sooo good and I will definitely be repurchasing!
One of the best backcountry meals I've ever had! I bought two of these for a 10 day trip and saved the second for the last night as a treat to myself. The flavor was delicious and it was so hearty with the grits. I shared some of it with my friends and they commented how good it was. I love that you can actually read the ingredient list (real food and not additives) and it had garnishes. I will be buying more from Bowl & Kettle for future trips. Thanks for making quality meals. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
