Our warranty policy
At Bowl & Kettle, we’re all about delivering meals that are as top-notch as the adventures you take them on. While we don't do returns, we’ve got your back if something's not quite right.
If something’s off...
If your meal arrives with packaging issues or doesn’t taste as it should, shoot us an email at howdy@bowlandkettle.com within 7 days of consuming our product. We’ll work with you to make it right!
When you reach out, be sure to include:
- Your order number (or retailer you purchased from)
- A quick rundown of what went wrong
- Photos, if you’ve got 'em
Here’s what we’ll do
If there’s a defect, we’ll either:
- Send you a replacement meal, or
- Hook you up with a refund for the item
