Thick hearty veggie option

It’s super good… I’d buy it again. The etouffee is the top of the podium, and this sits on the 2nd step.
All of the ingredients survived a rough trip in the luggage of an offroad motorcycle… somemof my other snacks turned to powder.

Ordered these for a 4day backpacking trip in the grand canyon and this was hands down my favorite meal!! Highly impressed!! I found myself craving this even after we were finished with our camping trip. 10/10!
