This tasted like a home cooked meal. Even when you first open the pouch you can tell how high-quality it is. Love the hot sauce addition! Amazing.
The Crawfish Étouffée is amazing! It’s the perfect backpacking meal. So much flavor! Love the large mushrooms, and fresh green onions. The little packet of hot sauce is the perfect touch. I can’t believe I ate the whole package. So good! I’m only disappointed that I didn’t order more.
I was skeptical and surprised at how awesome this seafood option worked as a dehydrated meal- large mushrooms and crawfish, hot sauce included. Bio packaging… seemed to rehydrate faster than others i’ve tried… well done!
Growing up a couple of hours away from New Orleans, I've been a lifelong lover of Cajun food. I was thrilled to discover your etouffee — it's legit! It has the complex flavor profile we love about Cajun food, and it's a nice touch to include Louisiana Hot Sauce to ratchet up the heat. Well done!!
