Growing up a couple of hours away from New Orleans, I've been a lifelong lover of Cajun food. I was thrilled to discover your etouffee — it's legit! It has the complex flavor profile we love about Cajun food, and it's a nice touch to include Louisiana Hot Sauce to ratchet up the heat. Well done!!
I need flavor on the trail & this is it! Don't waste your time on other brands - this has flavor, protein, quality & everything you need without skimping. Plus, this might be the only etouffee on the market.

Holly shit, this was the best freeze dried meal I have ever had. If it wasn't for the fact I added the water I would have guessed it was freeze dried. It's that good. A little tang and a little kick...
