Crawfish Étouffée

So I was amazed! Im from New Orleans and was pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend!!!

All of these meals make for a delicious and creative eating experiences that I didn't think we're possible in the freeze dried market. You can tell that there is a lot of thought and care put into their products and I'm looking forward to whatever other creations they make.

Took this to havasupai falls trip last weekend.
This was my favorite of the 3 entrees.
I even found myself eating my last pouch at home. The spice was perfect texture and I'm craving another one as I type this.
I shouldn't have let my family try it on the trip for they kept wanting me to share more. Do you have larger portion options.
Thanks for make my now favorite camping meal or dehydrated meal ever.
I don't have a picture of me consuming it cause it would have looked like a pack of hyenas eating. So here's a waterfall. That replicates the others drooling over another spoon full. PS I need more stickers.

This is IT. My fiancé and I were stunned eating this and the Tikka Masala. It tasted just like we ordered it from a restaurant and rehydrated amazingly. The customer service was amazing and the flavor was phenomenal. We joked about keeping this as a kitchen staple for regular weeknight meals. Thank you for all your hard work and excited to see what else you’ll have in store!
